5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Communicate clearly about service requirements
• Pay for services as agreed
• Leave honest reviews based on actual experience

6. Payments and Transactions

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. By initiating a transaction, you authorize the payment. Refunds are subject to the payment provider's policies and the service agreement between you and the service provider.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between service providers and clients, both parties agree to:

• First attempt to resolve issues directly
• Escalate to Know Me support if needed
• Accept Know Me's decision as final for platform disputes

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Know Me, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, is owned by Know Me or licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Know Me is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Know Me is not liable for damages resulting from use of or inability to use the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations for prior charges.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We will notify you of material changes.
